Terms of Service

By accessing or using Full AI's website, mobile application, or software services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Sopha Buso Full AI Pty Ltd (Reg No: 2024/093551/07).

Full AI provides AI-driven software solutions across multiple industry verticals including: → Zone 7 — Financial inclusion and stokvel management → Isigidimi — Field dispatch and logistics → Isibane — School management → Mpilo — Healthcare and pharmacy management → Nqaba — Community security → Xhuma — Telecoms infrastructure management → Nyaniso — Biometric identity verification Services are provided on a subscription basis or as agreed in a separate service agreement.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: → Provide accurate and complete information → Maintain the security of your account credentials → Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access → Be responsible for all activity under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. → Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date → Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused periods → We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice → Non-payment may result in service suspension

You agree not to: → Use our services for any unlawful purpose → Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems → Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software → Use our services to transmit malware or harmful code → Violate any applicable South African or international law → Impersonate any person or entity → Use Nyaniso biometric verification without explicit consent from the subject

All content, software, and materials on our platform are owned by Sopha Buso Full AI Pty Ltd or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our services for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of data you submit to our platform. By submitting data, you grant us a licence to process it to provide our services.

Full AI's security products (Nqaba) operate on an advisory-only basis. AI outputs are recommendations, not instructions. Human judgment is required for all enforcement actions. Nqaba AI does not replace SAPS or authorised security personnel. All serious incidents must be reported to SAPS. We accept no liability for actions taken based solely on AI recommendations.

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law: → Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim → We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages → We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control → We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI outputs

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa. Applicable legislation includes: → Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) → Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) → Consumer Protection Act (CPA) → National Credit Act (NCA) — where applicable to Zone 7

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or website notice with 30 days advance notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
